I just had the worst experience ever at branch I just took my parents there this morning because they had a check from the court they needed to cash and unfortunately it was from this bank when we arrived they gentleman at the teller ask them the amount of the check when my dad told them he ask the lady next to him they started screaming throughout the bank the amount of the check which was a large sum and they started laughing at my parents telling there is no way they have that amount which is very unprofessional they star... read more
Great bank, efficient, well run...
The ladies that work in here are so rude and sarcastic I had to hold back from ruining their month. Rude body language when calling me up to the counyer, Couldn't count my cash, was taking her sweet tine chatting with the other rude lady. Sarcastic and rude and totally unnecessary and ask I said bye hace a good day she says okay, next. Lady I will ruin your day and you're lucky I'm feeling blessed today and said she's obviously got self hatred. But remove these ladies please all 3 of them absolutely SUCKED!! -10 IF I COULD
I cannot believe the experience I had at this fairly new branch of City National Bank. As a non account holder who was considering to start doing business at this bank and branch, the manager (Karen Seay-Kissel) quickly changed my mind with how she handled my situation. To cash a relatively large check as a non account holder, it required an override. From the moment my session started with the teller to the time I needed an override was 9 minutes.
