Didn't matter if the average was $1,000 or if the account was brought back up before the end or the month, didn't matter if I had active direct deposit. I’ve gone to the Stephens City location, and while I’ve banked with this branch for quite some time, I’ve noticed that interactions often feel unwelcoming. Employees frequently appear upset—either with their job or with customers being there. I understand that everyone has bad days, but banking involves people’s finances, and a friendly, professional attitude goes a long way. I simply wish for a more welcoming experience. That is all.
This bank is exemplary! The customer service is phenomenal, and they try to accommodate you as much as possible. I have dealt with the branches in Inwood, WV and Stephens City, VA. I will continue to bank with CNB indefinitely!
