They never took care of a missing $269 payment from a customer for my business account. The customer was double charged, so they disputed it. I was only paid once, so the only payment I received was taken away from me. Either the 167th credit unit still has my $269 or city national has it. The customer even showed me on her account where the money was taken twice. I haven't heard anything from the manager since May or June or this year. A year later and my money is still missing. I've been a customer since 2008...

I have been banking at another location (Martinsburg) and have always had great service. The service and personel at the Inwood branch is the worst I have ever experienced. The manager( if you can even call her that) just shouts at you from across the room and gives reasons why they can not honor my Power of Attorney and says it is the "Banks policy". This is the worst bank you could possibly use. Leaving your money with a drug dealer would be smarter than leaving it with them. They will inactivate your account for no reason or someone will "somehow" get your money when you DONT EVEN USE YOUR CARD ONLINE. it's happened to me now 10 times and I haven't even been banking with them for a year!!!!!! This bank is crooked and likely taking your money themselves.
This bank is the worst that exists no service I stole my money and they did not solve anything they sent me an email saying that they denied my disputes lost 1058$ and they do not care they are irresponsible not to leave their money in this bank do not help you and customer service decadent hours and hours and do not help you lose the salary of all my fortnight and they did nothing
