Great people great bank
They never took care of a missing $269 payment from a customer for my business account. The customer was double charged, so they disputed it. I was only paid once, so the only payment I received was taken away from me. Either the 167th credit unit still has my $269 or city national has it. We have been banking here for a number of years and customer service has always been exceptional. I recently experienced the loss of my father and the employees at this branch have been wonderful in helping me deal with everything. I highly recommend them.
