I spoke on the phone to a teller in Cross Lanes, Dee. She was very professional and friendly. She quickly completed my request for a new debit card.
The video teller Shawn has terrible customer service! Not only is she rude but she is not at all professional. I have closed my account with City and have moved to chase. Would recommend everyone to do the same!
