Exceptional customer service. Navarro county is fortunate to have city national bank.
I've banked with City National Bank for over 20 years. They are a great hometown bank and they've helped me out many times over the years. Once when I was buying a house on a Friday and was waiting for a funds transfer, City National stayed open until 7:30 p.m. so that I could close on the mortgage and move into my new house that weekend. Try getting that level of service from any other bank!
My wife and I went to Ken and Jake to help us build our home. We are very pleased with the quick response and service we have received and look forward to a long partnership together.
They are so slow with refinancing process. They only have one person who takes care of loans.I leave voicemails and messages and they never return my calls or messages.
