Very horrible no one greets you no one ask if you need help or why you’re even there no one even look up to acknowledge my presence thank goodness I just came to cash a check this one and only time

Attempted to speak with a lady named Maria regarding a bank account. She was so rude and unhelpful I ended up walking out. There’s a reason this ranch is rated so low
Miss Teresa Bernardo very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She’s one of the best employees @CNB. I’ve been to other branch, they’re good too, but the one in La Palma branch is one of the best, excellent customer service and friendly. They treat everyone like a VIP!!!
