I MET SELIA PRIOR TO MEETING JOSE.HOWEVER, SELIA CALMED THE PROBLEM. SHE WAS PLEASANT AND KIND AS SHE EXPLAINED THE POLICY FOR CASHING CHECKS... Horrible service . I had questions about cashing a check from this bank. The teller was very rude because I had multiple questions. I left the bank and walked back in after about 2 minutes. The teller that was assisting me was making personal calls at the desk with her cellphone in her hand at did not acknowledge me as well as the other teller. After 5 minutes or so I ask the other teller if anyone could assist us because I had more questions. The second teller was more helpful. I felt discriminated against.
--- VP/Senior Relationship Manager --- Marlen Berghoudian --- gets too personal with you too quickly. Right off the bat, her questioning almost feels like a police interrogation. It's on the odd side for me. She's a put-off; although she told me, “I'm not being too personal,” to me, she was. There is a difference between getting to know someone and questioning someone.
