Unbelievable price gouging. I was referred to this company by the hospital after being discharged from a C-section. For a simple 20-minute ride home and assistance carrying my newborn's car seat and two light bags up to my second-floor apartment (literally 24 steps), the driver, Ray, quoted me $350.00. Exploiting patients who are healing from surgery and need basic transport help is shameful. I refused the ride. Avoid this company
Purchased a new hospital bed for our home. The vendor was not authorized to move me from the existing bed to the new one. My physical therapist recommended City Medical Transportation to help me. I called and a representative visited that very afternoon. Even called the vendor to synchronize the date and time. These patient, professional men (Ray and Ron) did a perfect job, at a reasonable price and did it with kindness and compassion. Terrific people. Splendid experience. Maximum endorsement.
We used City Medical Transportation after my mother's surgery. She was on a wheelchair. The driver was very professional and handled it with extreme care. The driver came in time. The vehicle was very clean. They are definitely very reliable and have trustworthy service. I'd highly recommend.
