I rented a jeep wrangler from them. Pickup was scheduled for 8am. The vehicle finally arrived at 10:15am and I had to cancel my morning plans, which on a very short thanksgiving visit meant not getting to see 2 people I had flown to see. The host did not respond to any of my messages, but they did send me a generic one requesting that I not leave a review unless it was 5 stars. In one word, disappointing. The pickup was stressful. Communication was challenging or non existent throughout. Until after the drop off when I was asked to please leave a five star review and pay the parking fee post checked out. I’ve been using Turo for a while now, both for business and pleasure. I have never been asked to pay the post checkout parking. See you again soon Houston, have a beautiful day.

Make sure you read the fine print when you rent from these people because they will throw that in your face. So in the fine print tells you that your deposit which is the same price as the vehicle that you will not get it back for up to 30 days hence your money in their bank for 30 days collecting interest.
