They were very nice at the office, very grateful to staff.
I've been a resident of this great city for a few years and I recognize there has been a lot of change and system updates... but for 2024, the inability for a city to create a functional website is a massive disappointment and rather pathetic; for the people commenting on here who are getting fussy about how they're treated over the phone, judging by the way you type and how you phrase your reviews, I think its fair to say you're a big part of the problem. Office personal is very rude and when I wasn't living in city limits they still say I have to pay them. They're very unorganized and very unprofessional.
