We had a great experience with City Home, starting with our encounter with Shelby at the Lake Oswego location. Shelby helped us with every aspect of purchasing a new couch from the fabric to a CAD rendition of the couch so we could fine the perfect size for our living room. The delivery company was very thorough with their white glove service. Though we live 600 miles away from City Home, and there were some fabric challenges, it was a pleasant experience. We are grateful for Shelby and City Home.
