We can’t say enough about City Home and in particular Shelby!! We’ve lived in our house 8 years and couldn’t figure out how to configure our living and dining room. Within the hour of our home visit she had fantastic ideas and turned around draft designs in just a few days. She spent more than an hour with us afterward picking out furniture, fabrics etc. She’s amazing and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone!! We had a wonderful experience working with the associates at City Home. Shelby at the Lake Oswego location was so helpful in finding the items we were looking for to complete our dining room and living room. We bought a sideboard from City Home when we were visiting family in October and when it was finally delivered beginning of Dec, it arrived damaged. My husband has had to call them multiple times and the issue is still not resolved. The customer service once you leave the store is non existent. They tell him they will call back but then we don't hear anything so he has to call again. We have provided pictures for them and for some reason we can't get them to fix this issue.
