We bought a sideboard from City Home when we were visiting family in October and when it was finally delivered beginning of Dec, it arrived damaged. My husband has had to call them multiple times and the issue is still not resolved. The customer service once you leave the store is non existent. They tell him they will call back but then we don't hear anything so he has to call again. We have provided pictures for them and for some reason we can't get them to fix this issue. We had a great experience with City Home, starting with our encounter with Shelby at the Lake Oswego location. Shelby helped us with every aspect of purchasing a new couch from the fabric to a CAD rendition of the couch so we could fine the perfect size for our living room. The delivery company was very thorough with their white glove service. Though we live 600 miles away from City Home, and there were some fabric challenges, it was a pleasant experience. We are grateful for Shelby and City Home.
