The tour and review of rent and fees was wonderful. My son felt well informed and all questions were answered. Earl and Doug spent as much time as we needed showing us multiple units. They knew each of the current residents we encountered by name. The space was clean and well maintained. The indoor lounge area is a great space. My only wish would be some sort of outdoor access/patio/rooftop in the future. My son is very excited to make Artspace his first home in Louisville.
