NOT INCOME-BASED, Unless you're " THE TYPE OF PERSON" they want...I waited a year on the waiting list for them to quote me nearly $1300 for a one-bedroom. And they called it income-based. That's just standard rent...They offer income-based to certain ethnicities.
The apartment if very spacious (high ceilings, that's really it) and second floor outdoor area with a nice view of nature (they took down most of the trees a couple days before moving out), but that's really where the good things ends. the windows arent sealed right so you feel the cold breeze, the mail half the time wont even be in the mail room but right on the OUTSIDE of the gate, the concrete floors arent even so your furniture will be lopsided, the floors are not even smooth concrete (it will ruin ur socks and shoes by how rough it is), there are cracks on the walls/ceiling/floor that look dangerous like the building is going to fall apart, the hallways smelling of smoke, the daycare (yes there is a daycare in the same building just on the lower conne... read more
