EDIT OCT 2025: After a very long time, I have finally got the recall handled by City. To be entirely transparent, they were unwilling to work out pickup and return times with me, so I had to miss a university class each time to ensure I would be home, which I am not thrilled about. However, at least the couch was repaired. Allegedly the store has a new owner now who is trying to turn things around. We purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from City Furniture, and within a few days the motor stopped working. The repair crew came out quickly to replace it, but the issue kept happening. Puneet made sure we were taken care of, first by replacing the motors, then the base, and when the motor still failed, he upgraded us to a completely different, more expensive base at no cost. Amazing Service! Gave them a budget and Puneet went above and beyond to stay within in it! Even after I gave incorrect address information, him and his team still made it work with their transportation connections! Another indication that they are consistent with not only their amazing customer service but maintain exceptional networking skills! Prince George is a very recommended location!!!!
