We recently purchased appliances from City Furniture West Kelowna and unfortunately had an issue with a washer that turned out to be defective right out of the box. However, the customer service we received was excellent—especially from Richard. He took the time to listen, escalated the issue, and followed through until it was completely resolved. Cam is great. Good prices and great service.
Took delivery charges for the fridge around 130$ and I live 5 mins away from store but got it within hours which made me feel better. Lots of stuff in the store to browse from.
Excellent! Helpful, but not pushy. Will buy all furniture and appliances from them from now on! Five star all the way!
