We wanted to share that our washer died after 22 years of use. We went to a few different places for either buying used or a new Washer / Dryer (W/D) set. We had dealt with Kam @ City last year and we decided to give them a chance to win our business. Kam gave us a price that we were comfortable with on the new LG W/D set. Additionally, the delivery and installation by Dave and his crew was fantastic. And they took away our 22 year old appliances. Huge Shout-Out to Richard W. here at the W. Kelowna store. My Dad's fridge packed it in, and CFA had one in my Dad's house in just under six hours. All the big box stores told us that a basic fridge like Dad needed would be two weeks! Great Job Richard! Thanks!!!

I went in with low expectations but walked out super impressed with your service, knowledge and incredible selection!!
