You are getting quality for your dollar at City Furniture. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. Jas is our sales rep. He has gone above and beyond with helping us choose the right appliances and furniture for our family needs. The delivery staff is also knowledgeable telling me what I need to hook up my steam dryer. If you want quality, good prices and amazing service, I recommend City Furniture in Merritt BC!
Quality of furniture is good, but the staff are unreliable. I had called to ask about furniture that was advertised on the website, and they had claimed they would ship it here. They never did, even after called multiple times to ask them again and getting email confirmation from them. I still haven't heard back from them after the email, so I gave up on trying. Don't trust them to do anything other than sell you what they have in store.
Ive bought plenty of furniture here. Status can be used. Little but pricey but nice furniture and very nice employees. Definitely enjoy the atmosphere
