Helpful staff- didn't feel pressured. Nice selection of different items!
Very poor communication, no interest in listening. Told them 4x I need notice for delivery because it’s going in a rental suite, I had to call them, they didn’t call me. Day of delivery they delivered a gross uncleaned used dryer, lint trap full of hair and lint, rather than the new dryer I bought.when sorting this out I was told she would call me back once she can connect with the driver so I can inform my tenant with an ETA. They lost my fridge, said they'd compensate but never did. Fridge is excellent though.
