Very good service here. We always go here for our furniture needs. Always met by smiling salesmen
I did have a higher rating before as I have been here a few times but after the last time I am changing my rating. I would suggest not to bother paying extra for delivery.. we paid extra to get delivered as it was only 1 person that was going to be there, so clearly couldn't carry themselves.. they proceeded to be late... then were completely rude when they got there, and were refusing to actually put the washer and dryer in the house where it belonged...and for what we paid for. . my boyfriend ended up having to do all of t... read more
The team at City Furniture was very helpful and professional. They communicated well, offered fair prices, and made the whole process smooth. We originally planned to pick up our deep freezer, but when paying, they offered delivery instead at no extra cost to us, which was a great surprise! The delivery was fast and efficient. Overall, a great experience!
