The manager and staff were all incredibly polite and helpful, went above and beyond in helping me get an emergency fridge to my home, and for a reasonable price and in a tight timeline on top. I was initially worried I would need to exchange the fridge after it wasn’t performing to expectations, and the manager Imaan was ready to make the exchange happen next day; it wasn’t needed however as he also helped me troubleshoot the problem (user error) and saved both the store and myself the headache of actually doing the exchange... read more
The furniture recommendations are perfect for the room and fits just as I thought it would with the current decor! The delivery was quick and efficient! The two gents were kind and efficiently placed the furniture. I'm very pleased with the results!
Went into City Furniture for the first time looking for a book shelf, we were absolutely amazed by the selection and friendly service. They didn’t have the colour that we wanted but we were able to order a custom colour from the manufacturer. Because it was our first purchase they offered us free delivery. The product arrived earlier than expected and was already built and is exactly what we wanted. Very happy with the entire experience at City Furniture!
