We’ve been buying appliances at city furniture for many years. Staff is always courteous. They provide great warranties, great prices and I like the fact that they have delivery options. Most helpful that items are in stock. The showroom is spacious with lots of fantastic furniture to choose. My mother needed a frost, free upright freezer. We were enormously impressed with everything related to our recent purchase of a fabric sofa at City Furniture in Vernon. The sofa was ready when they said it would be, they delayed delivery to suit our schedule, and then delivered exactly as promised. Our contact there, Mike, went above and beyond to help us out and then followed up after delivery to make sure everything was okay. We bought all our appliances with Mike at City Furnature. He went above and beyond in customer service. He was so easy to work with, was very honest about the products he sells, and really knowledgeable about all the products. I recommend working with Mike to buy anything from couches to appliances!
