Poor attitudes and no respect when a purchase item was delivered. Extra payment was given to haul away the old when receiving the new. And then no instructions given for the product purchased so my sons ask for help and they were told look it up in google. I highly don’t recommend this place.
WOW! Just wow! These guys went above and beyond to get me a key piece of furniture, delivering to Dunrite Dave AT the ferry terminal in Prince Rupert to Haida Gwaii!!! All because they could not secure a reservation so had to cancel and rebook June 21st….1st class customer service, thank you CITY FURNITURE PRINCE RUPERT!
City Furniture is great! Especially Sunny, who helped me choose 6 new appliances and worked really hard to make sure I got the best possible price. He made the whole process from selection to delivery so easy! I will definitely be making future purchases with City Furniture, especially since they make regular deliveries to the remote island where I live
