When I first visited the store, I was by myself. When I went in, I was asked right away if I needed any help. I said, not right now, as I am just browsing. Then the gentleman said, if you need anything just let me know. Very friendly but, not over bearing about wanting a sale. I said, ok thank you. He did eventually come upstairs in the store, where I was looking at couches, with sleeping options as well. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and was also very polite.
