I could tell my sales rep Shirley Reis was a happy employee at City Furniture and had excellent salesmanship. The sale was quick and easy transaction. The delivery guys were on time and organized. Furniture had to go upstairs and no damage.
WARNING! I’ll be straight up with you. You should really avoid this place. When sales people make an error, they go back to your signature that says nothing is returnable. They will not give you an exchange for the product even if it’s their fault. Not OK. You will be stuck with furniture you never wanted and eventually leave the store frustrated while they say, “I’m sorry.” You will not be offered a refund.
Great experience overall. Sales Representative Mildred was attentive, helpful, was spot on after we explained to her what we were looking for, made the whole purchasing process a breeze. Highly recommened her, ask for her. She called after delivery date to find out how was everything we had purchased.
Joshua was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I don’t like being chased, pressured or followed when shopping and Joshua didn’t do to us. Joshua introduced himself and offered any help we needed after we looked around. When we selected the furniture we liked we then went back to Joshua with our questions. He explained everything we asked him about the furniture and didn’t push anything on us, he made suggestions and showed us different possibilities from what we told him we were looking for.
