Strong floor sales but no customer support after the sale. We purchased an expensive mattress and box spring May 2011 and have been attempting to speak with soomeone that will listen at both City Furniture and the manufacturer for over seven (7) months now. We beleive that the mattress is defective and neither City Funriture nor the manufacturer, Sterns & Foster (Sealy) will acknowledge our emails or phone calls requesting assistance.
