Certain sales reps and managers at City Furnitures *************** store do not have your best interests in mind. ***** sold me a table that is too short for the chairs she recommended! I have been ignored and lied to for the past three months. My claim has been denied because customer warranty declared its my preference to have a table that is too short for the chairs! WISH I NEVER DID IT..,. I purchased my living room set from City Furniture for the first time. Within one week of purchase the first time sitting in the recliner the backing broke. Purchased on 5/25/22 report broken 6/1/22. Tech scheduled to check out the broken seat on 6/17/22. Meanwhile broken furniture sits in my living room. After the tech came to check and discover the whole back wooden piece is broken and cant be repaired. My wife and I got the sectional couch of our dreams, something we've been wanting for years. The in-store experience was fast and easy (beautiful new showroom in *****************, **), delivery was on time, and the setup went perfectly. The delivery people took care of everything and cleaned up every bit of the packaging. Great overall experience, I'd give 6 stars if I could!
Terrible customer service. We put a deposit 2 accent chairs. Since we decided to delay refurnishing our room we asked the deposit to be refunded. We have called 4 times each time after waiting ***** minutes verifying everything then told that someone from the refund department will contact us. This has happy4 times. No one calls back. Never shop here. I have requested the contact phone/ email for refund department but was told that they do not have their number. Nonsense. The delivery was on time, and they were very good. They worked as a Team and were nice and helpful. Also very respectful and did the assembly of the furniture with ease. They also picked all the foam and boxes and left no mess on the floor.I was very pleased with the service.
My Couch was delivered and its Absolutely Beautiful --- its Comfortable and super sexy looking and am overjoyed Delivery guys were prompt and set up my new sofa and its the highlight of My PLACE I recommend going to CITY FURNITURE !!!
