Once you buy, forget about ever being able to get ahold of anyone by phone. You will have to go to the store. Phone service for any reason is the worst. So forget it. I will never buy from them again for this reason
Terrible service. After you get your furniture there is no way to call them for ANY reason. Ypu will be on hold for days and they will not call back. VERY POOR PHONE SERVICE. AND WHAT CAN BE SO DIFFICULT ABOUT HAVING SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE STORE. NO PHONE CALLS.... TRY IT!
The worse experience since 07/21/21 order #-----67 . MI BIG PROBLEMS is the DAMAGE IM MY PROPERTY my outside pole lamp electric cables exposes, also scratches in my new tiles floor in the entrance the impact door threshold also scratches, we have young kids they play outside you guys we be liable for now on also is raining those electric cable is expose I have a video pictures since August/28submit put the claim. City Furniture is the worst ABSOLUTE WORST store. Going into the store is nice. The sales people are nice. BUT ACTUAL DELIVERY IS THE WORST. The furniture arrives damaged. You have to schedule it to be delivered again and again and again until you are so FED UP that you give up. So I’ve ended up with crap furniture. Wasted days of waiting for a delivery of damaged goods. It is also impossible to reach customer care because they don’t answer the phone.
RecommendedEverything! The quality of the furniture is amazing. The customer service is even better! A very big THANK YOU to Nazik for all of her help and refreshing personality! She made the process easy and gave us a few laughs. All of our furniture is from City and we’ll never go anywhere else.
Had a wide variety of items to show me. Kent listened to everything I asked for and went above and beyond finding product and availability that matched.

Had a terrible experience with City Furniture. My wife and I purchased a lovely table for $1,200 and the salesperson upsold us on Luxury delivery for $160 by saying the table was hard to set up and that they would pre-inspect table, level and clean table. In reality they took 3 minutes to screw in 6 or 8 screws. There was no inspection, leveling or cleaning. And the set up was so easy. They didn't even remove the glue on table from the shipping box.
