RecommendedKosta a sales person was great .He did everything to help us.He show us how to clean leather .If there was a problem to call him .The manger on duty walk by he ask about the cleaner .She was rude to him .We just spend 4Four grand on sofa.He wanted to give us cleaner to clean are new leather.She told him to have it delivered.We own a home watch business 200 accounts,people who always looking to buy new furniture all the time.This manager told him “ don’t be a pain in my back” for asking .In front of us.

Worst customer service ever! They schedule deliveries. Call an hour prior to say its backordered. Wait another 2 months. No communication. Worst experiences I've ever had!

Had a terrible experience with City Furniture. My wife and I purchased a lovely table for $1,200 and the salesperson upsold us on Luxury delivery for $160 by saying the table was hard to set up and that they would pre-inspect table, level and clean table. In reality they took 3 minutes to screw in 6 or 8 screws. There was no inspection, leveling or cleaning. And the set up was so easy. They didn't even remove the glue on table from the shipping box.
