City Furniture is the worst ABSOLUTE WORST store. Going into the store is nice. The sales people are nice. BUT ACTUAL DELIVERY IS THE WORST. The furniture arrives damaged. You have to schedule it to be delivered again and again and again until you are so FED UP that you give up. So I’ve ended up with crap furniture. Wasted days of waiting for a delivery of damaged goods. It is also impossible to reach customer care because they don’t answer the phone.

I furnished my vacation condo there 2016, but I bought everything pretty much over the phone, we went last month since we were closing in another property and unfortunately they are profiling people, you can asked Craig, when we were finally walking out after more than 20 minutes in the store and no one offered to help, that's when we saw Craig offering help to a White couple in their late 60s, I asked him why they were profiling, he said ..we don't do that here..I told him..you just did, he went with the poor excuse that ... read more

I had a delivery scheduled for Saturday. The driver called said they would arrive between 11:30am and 12:30pm. They never showed up. I tried calling all day and I was told they would contact the driver. Now I have to wait 32 days for delivery for a new delivery. A couch I have needs a motor and power for the USB. I called for repair and it is 12-14 weeks before I can have my recliner working. Stay away from City Furniture

HORRIBLE XMAS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I purchased a $1000 adjustable bed for my 80 year old mother who I haven't seen in 8 months due to Covid 19 concerns. This was my Xmas present for her. The bed DIDN'T WORK, the delivery people DIDN'T TEST that the current mattress didn't work with the adjustable bed. They left in a hurry and didn't test and they didn't complete the installation of the frame and the foot board. zero stars is more like it. These people are the definition of INCOMPETENT. They have changed my delivery 3 times. So now I have to wait until APRIL. meanwhile I'm sleeping on floor until I receive my bedroom set. Which by the way I already paid for in full. They lack the skills and knowledge to do a simple job of delivering furniture to a satisfactory standard. 3 times they have changed my delivery date! Every time a different excuse.
