I believe any bank if you don't have an account with them. Should ask you if you know you do or not. The fact that this bank didn't and wouldn't cash my check. Do they really have a place in our economy? I mean, as far as I know a bank, you're supposed to take check-in cash your money. They'll ask you if you have an account. Do you want to open one? This bank didn't do none of that. Therefore, I believe that they shouldn't be in business.
