I’m a former employee of a different branch, so I know how things are supposed to be handled. I recently sent my father into your Waterford location with the model number of the Generac part he needed (a charger) to help expedite the process for both him and your staff. Despite this, he was met with dismissiveness. The person at the counter didn’t even attempt to check if the part was in stock—didn’t leave his stool, didn’t check IMS, didn’t lift a finger. Never have what you need
I had an issue with my fuse box and spoke with Tom at City Electric, in Waterford. I purchased what I thought was needed. I asked Tom for a electrician referral. Electrician Joel Neubeck was referred to me. Joel found the problem (not the fuse box) and fixed it at a very reasonable price.
