I needed a 15 amp gfci square D circuit breaker. This is not your ordinary breaker. None of the retail do it your self stores stocks this. City had it in stock and saved me a lot of grief. Thank you.

I’m a former employee of a different branch, so I know how things are supposed to be handled. I recently sent my father into your Waterford location with the model number of the Generac part he needed (a charger) to help expedite the process for both him and your staff. Despite this, he was met with dismissiveness. The person at the counter didn’t even attempt to check if the part was in stock—didn’t leave his stool, didn’t check IMS, didn’t lift a finger. I had an issue with my fuse box and spoke with Tom at City Electric, in Waterford. I purchased what I thought was needed. I asked Tom for a electrician referral. Electrician Joel Neubeck was referred to me. Joel found the problem (not the fuse box) and fixed it at a very reasonable price.
