Staff is very helpful and friendly
I had the greatest experience with Stewart! He went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service while handling multiple other affairs with other customers at the same time. Not to mention it was all at the end of the day rush and he had to stay late just to get my order fulfilled for a big job I had the next day. He and this whole team is so amazing and I can’t say enough good things about how much they were able to come through for me in a pinch. Thanks guys and thanks Stewart!! You’re awesome man.
This place is fine if you know exactly what you need. I asked the counter guy if I needed a connector between 1/2 pvc conduit and a 1 gang box. I was told "we only sell parts, you'll have to ask an electrician". Johnson Electric in Blue Ash was MUCH more helpful.
I needed some electrical supplies and this was the only place open on Saturday. They had what I needed and saved the weekend that is for sure.
