They are stellar employees and extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They made me feel extremely comfortable in a world that I knew nothing about! I purchased a Siemens INDUS QF250A on March 19 for the breaker box next to my hot tub. I finally found someone to put the part in but when they did, it did not fix the problem. It was immediately removed and placed back in the original box. When I attempted to return the $115 part they refused because it had been plugged in for less than a minute.
