Apparently auto electric supplies are not sold here. The guy who answered the phone didn't seem to know the difference. He sounded pretty hazy. No wonder I waited on hold so long. Takes him a while to get your point.
I have no idea what people are going through and frankly none of my business. But your bad day should never effect customer interactions. Aside from that employee,i was given the help i needed and that interaction was with a smile and seemed glad to help.
I am giving it a 3 star because the guys working there are nice. However my experience with this company has been very bad. I order a piece for my breaker and they were suppose to deliver it. At the end of the day I called because ot wasn't delivered and someone finally came and dropped it off. But the piece was the incorrect one. Then, they said they got the right piece, I get out of work early to pick up the piece and is still the incorrect one.
