I went to buy a 24v transformer, without knowing the cost I paid, when I saw the transaction on my cell phone an hour later I was surprised by the cost, so I called to verify the price, sent an image of the reference and they told me that the price was lower, I returned to the store to request a refund and they told me that they would not refund me the difference, a very bad experience as a customer, in addition to the high price

I called to check on parts. They said they had the parts, 1hr ride later and they didn't have the right ones... worst place ever. Embarrassing.
