I was there today looking for some information and all the guys were so nice, kind, polite and helpful. I have tried to call other locations with no success. I called Hollywood before I went and someone answered the phone and was also very nice.
Be careful with these people, if you go looking for something that they don't have, they will recommend something that they do have, but if by any chance what they recommended to you doesn't work for you and you try to return it, they will charge you a 20% restocking fee, not only that, today they charge you a price for something (unistruts $2.07 per foot and a couple of days later they charge you $2.50 per foot, so this is a place I do not recommend.
