As an irascible skeptic and miser, I was awestruck by my dealings with City Electric. Great people, polite, knowledgeable, and truth tellers! Case in point. I needed $500 worth of cable. Guy says, "I gotta get it out of the back. Do you mind coming back in 20 minutes?" I say, "Sure. I'll go get a beer at Third Base. Do you need my credit card before I go?" The guy smiles and says, "Nope. We'll get you when you return." So there I am, walking out of his store while he prepares $500 of cut cable on my word alone. That's trust.
