As a subcontractor we sometimes request the assistance of supply houses such as City Electric. I was taken back when Reid answered my call, not only was he very pleasant and polite he then referred me to Kevin who would be able to assist with my request. Unfortunately the call was disconnected and Reid called me back! THIS JUST DOES NOT HAPPEN! He apologized and then transferred my call to Kevin.
