Called and asked if they had the wire we’re looking for Brandon said they did. My husband drove there and they didn’t have it and were rude not helpful at all poorly run business and I was a repeat customer.
Other than Mike, who is great, the other staff members are terrible. They're condescending, even when they’re wrong, and they make you feel as though you're intruding when you walk in and want to buy something.
Store looks nice, but zero help or notice from any of the employees….no hello or we’ll be with you shortly. Sat there for 15 minutes with no help or even a comment. Pretty terrible employee to customer relations.
