Went in Feb 2024 to get parts for a floor outlet. Young guy at the counter had the worst attitude; he alternated between condescending and clueless when I tried to describe the floor outlet pieces I needed. He insisted I needed two components instead of one for this outlet. Turns out he was dead wrong, and I only needed the one piece. So I had to travel back for a refund. Lucky me, I got the same guy, who finally acknowledged me after finishing his sandwich. Never again, plenty of other suppliers in Bluffton.
