Turnaround times are fast, communication is clear, and it’s obvious that attention to detail is a top priority here. Every order is complete no missing parts, no excuses. It’s refreshing to work with a supply house that genuinely cares about getting it right the first time. Highly recommend.
Terrible attitude from staff I had to briefly pull over in front of City Electric Supply to close my car hood — I wasn’t parking or blocking anything, just fixing a quick issue. A guy came out with a very rude attitude, immediately telling me I can’t park there without even letting me explain. There’s a big empty parking lot, and I was only there for a minute. No reason to treat people like that. Very unprofessional.
