Terrible customer service. Was contacted by one rep, who said they could deliver our stove without anyone present, if given the consent. Come to find out, this wasn’t true, so our stove delivery was rescheduled. Was told during rescheduling that the driver would arrive sometime between 9-4 and that we would receive a call to notify us that the driver is on their way.
