This company acted in an extraordinarily unprofessional way towards my entire senior class. My class was supposed be going on one of their cruises for our senior trip. Even though we paid extra to have private space the ship apoyos not accommodate or respect or contract. this was the worst company possible, they didn’t allow our school to go on our senior trip because the students that we were supposed to share the boat with. they were cat calling, calling our special needs kids slurs, trying to fight our students, while also having vulgar language and being extremely disrespectful to staff. unfortunately due to that behavior our class was not allowed to board the boat for our safety. instead of insuring refunds and apologizing they kicked our entire class (respectful) class out. they kicked... read more

We had a wonderful sunset cruise on the big boat! Really great live narration made it special, we are first timers and learned so much Boston history! Only problem was the bar was insufficiently stocked, and the 'bartender' had zero skills. But he opened a beer or two after some effort, and all was well. No food to speak of but junk. Wasn't there to eat.
