Had such a great experience on this cruise from start to finish! Staff a was extremely friendly and professional! We had a party of 10 for a birthday celebration and this did not disappoint! Will definitely be using again!

I went on City Cruises Baltimore for my wife’s birthday lunch, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. At check-in, I asked the lady at the entrance if we could sit by the window and even offered to pay the difference, but she dismissed it. Once the cruise started, our server, Unique (who was very kind and professional), tried to help us move to a window seat since there were plenty of empty tables. Worth the price. We can see the Fort Henry historical site from the cruise.
I honestly wish I would’ve just stayed home instead of going on this City Cruise. Check-in and parking were fine, but after that it went downhill. The overall experience was boring. The music was terrible, no engagement, no fun at all. We sat on the second deck and maybe the first floor was better, but my floor was dead — a total waste of money.
