My experience with the City Cruise Experience at the Baltimore Inner Harbor was awesome! We celebrated my 60th birthday as a group. We were met with a photographer gathered in front of the vessel. Great Photos! The greeters welcomed us with smiles and birthday wishes as we boarded. Our hostess, Breezy, was excellent! She gave us her very best while serving us. I would do City Cruise Experience Again and Again!
This was a first time cruising with City Cruises, I wanted to do a quick special trip for my hubby's Birthday, so he enjoyed it and we learned thing about Baltimore we did not know. The ship was clean and we sat up top with made for a very nice view. We will do it again soon. Oh and the staff were very nice and pleasant.
Had such a great experience on this cruise from start to finish! Staff a was extremely friendly and professional! We had a party of 10 for a birthday celebration and this did not disappoint! Will definitely be using again!
Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. The service was amazing. Our server was Unique, and she was fabulous. 10/10 would recommend!
I went on City Cruises Baltimore for my wife’s birthday lunch, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. At check-in, I asked the lady at the entrance if we could sit by the window and even offered to pay the difference, but she dismissed it. Once the cruise started, our server, Unique (who was very kind and professional), tried to help us move to a window seat since there were plenty of empty tables.
