I had a very disappointing experience at City Creek Post Acute. The staff consistently had negative attitudes and did not treat patients with the level of care and respect they deserve. It often felt like concerns were ignored, and communication was lacking. Patients should feel supported and cared for during their recovery, but that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this facility based on the poor quality of care and unprofessional behavior from staff.
