There are SO many reasons that we would not refer City Creek. I thought it was going to be a good place because of the 5 star rating I seen online. However, this was definitely not the case for my Dad. Thankfully I was able to visit him daily so I could stay in the know of all the bs that was happening. From Jackie, the lady checking people in, to the nurses, PT/OT, family support teams, the activities group, and the food from the chef, which my mom loved…this is a great rehab center!!

I’m so disappointed in the care here. As a retired RN who worked in rehab this facility dropped the ball big time with my Bro in law. Rather than get him out of bed to poop, they would just let him poop his pants before they would clean him up. He called for help each time, but no one came.And this happened several times not just once., Next he came from surgery with a Foley catheter… they tried one time to remove it in the month and a half he was there and then left it in. This makes it much harder for someone to get rid of... read more
