City Creek Post Acute is under a much needed remodel with photos coming soon. We are a 99 bed facility with 7 private rooms. We offer in house Rehabilitation and have a wound care specialist daily.

My father has been admitted to the facility twice, and overall, our experiences have been highly positive. The therapy and nursing care provided during both stays were exceptional, with staff demonstrating professionalism, kindness, and dedication to patient care. The majority of the team is friendly, approachable, and attentive, creating a supportive environment for patients and their families. This place was a different name right before the renovation and different sign. I wonder how many people's complaints erased with their original name. They hold your loved ones bed and get paid for it being empty for atleast 8 days if they have to go to the hospital. They deliver meals, give medication and answer questions. Make sure you have a care plan, ask for names and time task was completed or it won't be done.
Out of all the places the hospital tried to send me to, this is the top of the line facility if you tryna get rehab. It’s clean, employees are loyal and I haven’t had to do anything by myself. This is the TOP of the line place. Meals are great and I’ve been so happy, comfortable, and satisfied. I love their grand piano in the front!
I’ve never been in a rehab facility before but the things I’ve enjoyed here are some of the staff and food. Big thanks to Joellen for being so kind and socializing with me, keeping me laughing and in a positive attitude. Francis in therapy for helping recover and showing me how to understand my new steps moving forward.
