Always go out of their way to make the most simple processes over complicated. Won't accept coins unless they are rolled. Won't process money orders unless they are over a certain value (which is quite high.) The ATM never works. The banking app only works half of the time. Any other bank in this city will do the same thing in half the time with half the hassle.
