Gabriella was pleasant and very knowledgeable! Able to resolve my son’s issue signing up for e-statements instantly. He had talked with customer service multiple times and they said only one person could resolve this issue, transferred him to a voice mailbox and never was able to receive callback to resolve while all this time the just keep deducting $5 from his account non-refundable!! Go figure? Once again thanks Gabriella my hero!!
Gabriella is the absolute best! She is thorough and makes sure your needs are handled before you leave. Love her!
