Jessica , Is absolutely the best branch manager ever. She and her team are always so supportive and helpful of all of my banking needs.
Jessica always makes you feel welcome. Everyone in this branch is professional and efficient. It's like visiting friends, instead of a credit union. Highly recommended
Worst credit union ever. 30 years terrible. Had a transaction debit card less than 100.00 they blocked my account. Had remodeling loan home 30000 paid off 10 years early and payoff was no different then the amount of 30 years owed. Don't bank with this company. Fraudulent. Online pay bills always issues. Every time try to get into app weekend unfortunately and unavailable. Always been with this credit union the original credit union. Like 10.00 monthly fees. Just recently opened First bank Sherman.
