I have been a member for 30 years the credit Union has been sensitive to my family s needs over the years, and have always provided good to great service. Sure they have times when the outside lines may be slow on paydays etc. but not slow enough to be critical. The Loan service is hands above any other The people are real and so is the service.......Thank for every thing.
I despise their new online banking. They have messed me up sooo many times, by not paying a bill or worse when the withdrawal date is on the weekend. They take the money out on Friday! I have fixed income and it comes on a certain day. When they take it out on Friday and my deposit does not come until Saturday or Sunday, I am overdrawn. The only way you can delete a payee is to call them. I liked the other system,,,but this on is almost enough to make me change banks. I wish I could give a minus stars.
if your looking for a slow bank. that makes you either stand in line or set in your car forever. heres your bank. and not to make things worse. but there customers service, could really improve.
