City and county is a wonderful credit union! I'm putting money in my savings towards my end of life expenses. They all know me here and treat me like a part of their family.
They gave me a loan 10 years ago when my own bank of 10 years wouldn't. They also gave me a $250 line of credit even though I didn't bank with them at the time. I am a minority and I have always been treated first class. 3rd generation Indigenous veteran. I refer all my friends and family here. Thank you City and County Credit Union ❤️
Great experiences every time.
I have had a credit card with City & County Credit Union for years. Recently, I received a statement with a very small $5 charge on it. I immediately called their toll free customer service number to dispute the charge. They opened a fraud case and cancelled the old credit card issuing me a new one. Next month, I get another statement, this time with the new credit card account number on it and the same $5 charge plus another $5+ in late fees and interest.
