Had issues with a cash deposit at an CO-OP ATM where my cash deposit had been marked as a check and held. While the CCCU Customer service was unable to help, Tanya was able to quickly and effectively assist me. Tanya immediately recognized that a cash transaction should not have been held, investigated thoroughly, and released the funds to my account. She even was able to reverse an overdraft charge. Thank you Tanya! You are a great example of how every company should treat their customers.
