I had an evening appointment, I went in quite a bit early and was ready to wait. I waited until my appointment time and the doors were locked. No one was in the office. I waited a bit more and called the costumer care number where they checked in with the location. The person incharge lied about the office being open. The costumer service representative gave me a number to call. I called them and the person mentioned he will be there in 10 mins. He showed up 30 mins later. I had an appointment there during daytime on a weekday. The place was closed and when I tried calling them I couldn't reach them. In fact, they answered my call and disconnected after few seconds without talking which I think is so rude. Why did they schedule an appointment at a time where they were closed.

Very happy with the services I was provided with, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, definitely coming back here again.
